Pumpkin Pie

Tools: Pie pan, Mixing bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 16 oz can of pumpkin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk (some put in less)

Stove Steps:

  1. PreheatĀ ovenĀ to 425 degrees
  2. Mix ingredients in mixing bowl.
  3. Put in unbaked pie shell
  4. Cook at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and cook for 45 to 55 minutes.
  5. Let cook
  6. Serve with whipped topping and eat.
