Banana Bread

Cook Time: 45 min
Serving Size: 3 loafs

Tools: 3 bread pans,

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 2 cups sugar (mostly brown with some white)
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 mashed bananas

Stove Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cream butter, sugar
  3. Add eggs and dry ingredients
  4. Add bananas
  5. Mix well
  6. Pour into greased bread pans
  7. Bake for 45 minutes and use a knife or tooth pick to check that center is cooked
  8. Cool then eat.
