Tools: 3 bread pans,
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 cups sugar (mostly brown with some white)
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 mashed bananas
Stove Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cream butter, sugar
- Add eggs and dry ingredients
- Add bananas
- Mix well
- Pour into greased bread pans
- Bake for 45 minutes and use a knife or tooth pick to check that center is cooked
- Cool then eat.
