Cup Cake Brownies

Recipe by: Unknown had it on recipe card for years.

Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Serving Size: 4 cup cakes

Tools: Microwavable bowl, measuring cups, cup cake pan

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/4 cup pecans

Steps:

1. In a microwave melt the butter and chocolate chips, stir well
2. Beat in sugar then egg
3. Stir in vanilla
4. Add flour and stir until well mixed
5. Add pecans (if desired)
6. Fill paper cups 2/3 full
7. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes
8. Cool for 10 minutes
9. Eat
