Serving Size: 4 cup cakes
Tools: Microwavable bowl, measuring cups, cup cake pan
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup pecans
Steps:
- In a microwave melt the butter and chocolate chips, stir well
- Beat in sugar then egg
- Stir in vanilla
- Add flour and stir until well mixed
- Add pecans (if desired)
- Fill paper cups 2/3 full
- Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 minutes
- Cool for 10 minutes
- Eat
