Tools: Pie pan, Mixing bowl
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 16 oz can of pumpkin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 2/3 cup evaporated milk (some put in less)
Stove Steps:
- PreheatĀ ovenĀ to 425 degrees
- Mix ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Put in unbaked pie shell
- Cook at 425 for 15 minutes then reduce to 350 and cook for 45 to 55 minutes.
- Let cook
- Serve with whipped topping and eat.
